We are living in a time where we are constantly bombarded with stimulus, the rise in technology means we are ‘always on’ and we are often living in our heads with our thoughts in the future or the past.

Mindfulness is recommended by the NHS. It is the practice of reconnecting with our bodies, becoming more aware of our thoughts and feelings and allowing ourselves to see the present moment clearly.

Scientific studies have shown that mindfulness not only reduces instances of depression, but it also positively affects the brain patterns underlying day-to-day stress, anxiety, depression and irritability and increases happiness levels and feelings of peace and general wellbeing.

I hold the Mindfulness Coach (MBSR) qualification which is recognised by the NHS.

I offer individual Mindfulness coaching, group courses and wellness days.
